We are pleased to announce the eWebLife mini-release of some new features (and bug fixes) last night. The upgrades included the following enhancements:
Group Mail
-
Added a popup to group mail that allows you to easily search recipients of an email or marketing blast. You can also easily search the opened, unopened and bounce list.
-
Increased the maximum length of email subject line
Security
-
Added an option to Security roles to specifically grant the ability to send emails to event attendees, as well as to invite people.
RSVP
-
Added an option to allow private RSVPs to be shown publicly (on your PRM, website calendar, event widgets). To RSVP, the individual will need to login and be authorized to RSVP for the event (e.g., correct group and person type). Please note, as client rules may vary, we recommend that you add to your RSVP who is authorized to sign up.
Matching
-
Added the ability to create matches between people who were previously matched with one another.
Notes
-
Improved loading times of notes pages.
-
Added a visual cue to notes to indicate that a note is being saved. Additionally, a message will appear once the note has been successfully added.
Organizations
-
Modified the sort order of Organization People - to display the Primary and Billing Contacts first.
Applications
-
Added an option to application processes to hide specific applications from the main dashboard.
-
Added the ability for Admin's to apply on behalf of reference when the reference has started but not completed a reference application.
Membership
-
Added an option to auto-check corporate memberships when adding a member company to a PRM person record.
