I have a bunch of cantaloupe plants and i was wondering if i bought a bunch of lady buggs would they pollinate my cantaloupe plants? thanx

If they did, it would probably be quite by accident. I've never noticed them doing so. You could hand pollinate easily. The best method I have tried is to pick the male flowers, pull off their petals, and "dab" the pollen into a female flower. It's the easiest and best method I have tried.

Hand pollination is not easy in my opinion. Bees and other insects do it best. Hummingbirds and some other birds pollinate as well.
