The silver one is an artemisia. Nice full sun perennial plant. The others look like a wild berry vine. Does it have a lot of small thorns on it?

Better to wait till winter if possible. Also they are sensitive to overwatering so be careful. The vine might be a trumpet vine or something like that. It's very invasive.

Do a google image search on trumpet vine and look at the leaves. Do any of your neighbors have it?
