This is from a potted Lantana that I have had for ~ 5 years. Plenty of sun, water, organic material, monthly organic ferts, etc. The strange thing is it happens every year with this potted plant, even though the other plants (including a different potted lantana) next to it never develop the holes in the leaves.

I have put my youngest son on catapillar watch and we never seen any around this plant. Any ideas?

Look for caterpillar droppings on the leaves. I have definitely seen small, green caterpillars on lantana before. Otherwise your plant looks very healthy. You can spray with BT to kill the pests, but you may kill other beneficials in the process.

Catapillar dung? I must say I am not sure what to look for, but I will definately keep an eye out for it. Thanks!

It's called frass, and it's definitely the sign of what's eating it. If you see slime trails, it's snails or slugs and if it's frass it's a caterpillar of some sort.
