Anyone help me with names of any Texas perinneals that can take almost all shade. I have a flower bed along fence on South side of my yard and I didn't realize it gets very little sun Now I'd love to have mostly flowering plants there. Thanks for any help. |

Cedar Sage, pigeonberry, turk's cap, pipevine, lyre-leaf sage. All will bloom in the shade. Many other salvias as well. |

Technically Turks Cap will flower in 100% shade, but the flowering is minimal and I have been unable to get it to grow anywhere near the size of plants that get even a little sun. |

I know these aren't flowers, but they have caladiums now that rival many flowers that would love that spot also. |

Mine was under all day total shade of an 8' fence for a year and did nothing, next year I moved it to about 80% shade and it went nuts. |
