Post subject:  Phosphate & Potassium for fruit trees?

I planted a Meyers Lemon tree and Satsuma tree last year (currently about 4 feet tall).
I just put CGM on my lawn today (in NorthEast Florida) and added it around the base of the trees. I believe this will deliver some slow release Nitrogen to the soil.
I have acidic, sandy soil.

Sould I also add something on top of the soil for providing Phosphate and Potassium?

Any other suggestions?

Oops excuse the typo - I meant Phosphorus not Phosphate.

Post subject:  Coffee grounds

Starbucks gives away their used coffee grounds for gardening.

I've added this to my fruit trees (Lemon and Satsuma). No science here - just seemed like a good idea....
