I have several Oleanders that seem to been damaged or dead from all the freezing weather we've had recently.
Should I prune them back to see if they'll green up again, cut them to ground level, or are they just dead and I need to replant? :(

Someone please respond with an answer to this problem!?

Cut them back to the ground. Oleanders can usually handle our winters until we drop well below normal temps.
