What does this mean exactly. Trying to select trees to replace dying arizona ash and silver maple. Saw this on Native Trees of Texas website listed with each tree. I am 1 mile west of downtown Ft Worth. Wife wants a magnolia. Is this a good tree for this area |

The subject of your message "Hardiness Zones" suggest that you need more information. A very good zone map can be found at: http://www.usna.usda.gov/Hardzone/hzm-sm1.html This USDA Plant Hardiness Zone Mapcontains temperature bands for your area and all of Texas. |
