Please, need help with Juniper trees next to dirt road that the county puts mag chloride on during spring & summer. The trees are stressed. Tenant has been overwatering in past. Looking for fertilizer (present soil is usually alkaline-not sure with mag chloride combination). Also, watering tips. In arid soil.

Without a chemistry background, if I was going to try one thing in that context I'd put compost tea in the water you use around those junipers and give it a try every so often.
