Does anyone know how to build a paramagnetic power tower.

Nobody is sure what paramagnetism is, so no.

Oh, those things :D I can sell you some garden variety antennae for about $100 each. Never mind that they look just like TV rabbit ears, they really work!! Only $100. You send me the money and I'll tell you the Radio Shack model number and you can pick them up locally.

Not really. As I said, nobody is really sure what paramagnetic energy is. There is definitely something you can measure in SOME forms of volcanic materials. One key seems to be that the material has to have been heated to the melting point and resolidified, but not all lava rock is paramagnetic. I'm pretty sure the antenna will not heat anything in your garden to the point of it becoming spontaneously paramagnetic.

Malcolm Beck has talked about it. So has Howard Garrett, and many other authorities. There are books on the subject by Phil Callahan.

The CGI meter is not readily available to my knowledge. Paramagnatism is not taught in universities and is not a widely accepted subject.
You can try the following link to see about purchasing a CGI meter:

More information from Pike Agri-Lab Supplies:

We manufacture and sell the PCSM designed by Dr. Phillip Callahan for
testing paramagnetism. It reads out in units of micro CGS. The price for the
meter is $425 plus shipping. We accept Visa and Mastercard, or to save on
shipping, you can send a check or money order for $425, and we will ship the
instrument postage paid in the continental US.

Thank you,

Malcolm brought his meter to one of his meetings he used to have on alternate months. There is definitely something that it measures, but I'll be darned if I know what it is. What is CGS??? There was no fooling the machine, though. The audience was invited to bring samples of anything they wanted tested. I took in some greensand, Garden-Ville Volcanite, and LETCO lava sand. The greensand was about zero, the lava sand was about 1400 and the Volcanite was 4000 on the meter. Malcolm says that anything above 800 on the meter has some benefit to the soil.

K Chandler was the guest speaker at one of Malcolm's meetings last year. K runs the Texas Plant and Soil Lab. He mentioned that he could test soil samples for paramagnetism if you asked for it. I asked him after the meeting what he was finding with the paramagnetic soil samples. He did say that the soils where the owner had applied the Volcanite material did seem to produce more (fruit or veggies) than other soils. A key word there is "seem." He didn't have any hard evidence he could quote for me, but his is the most like a real test that I've ever heard of for the benefit of paramagnetism.

As far as building an antenna, I don't think so. Malcolm has tested LOTS of samples of materials. He has found that materials coming from one mine can vary from the 800s to the 4000 levels depending on where you are in the mine. According to the geologists, the areas where the highest readings come from were the areas that got the hottest when the rock was forming.
