Post subject:  Information on vintage Westinghouse electric lawn mower

I recently purchased a "Wizard", an electric lawn mower made by Westinghouse. I don't know much about it and wonder if anyone else knows anything or where I can find out about it. It appears to be old but that could just be from use. What I do know is: Style-#313P008A; Serial #- XB; Frame-56V; Type- PHT(I think--it is faded!); Code-R; NP-0740; 1/3HP; 25RPM. If this is valuable then I may not want to refurbish it as that would take away from its value. Please let me know if you have any information concerning this lawn mower. Thank you.

You should set up and save a search on "Westinghouse vintage electric lawn mower" on eBay and have it email you any time someone lists a mower or a part. Unless it looks like classic mid-century design (all the rage on Mad Men and similar film productions) it probably doesn't have a huge value. If you check the "completed listings" at eBay then you can see what actually sells and how much it sells for. This is much more useful than looking to see what the initial asking prices are on listed items.
