We had a hot water pipe leak under our house that soaked the joists and floor boards. Can you recommend anything that we can spray or put on the dirt under our pier & beam house to help prevent mold (some has already begun)? Pam |

Hydrogen peroxide is one of the best tools but orange oil can also be helpful. |

In construction when the ground is too wet they spread lime on the wet ground to soak up the moisture sometimes. Don't know if this will kill the fungus too though. |
