It will include text book studies, course manuals, and also visiting authorities/lecturers. The basics to sustainable healthier soils and plants for Maximum Economic Yields, Quality and Profits will be covered. Presenters will provide general and technical information, current research data and practical applications for each of the six key agricultural topics:

It will outline an in-depth management program for soils and crops, starting with present status of soils and crops plus the philosophy of rebuilding healthy profitable production. It will include details of precision sampling and management of soils and plants, Soil Analytical Methods, BCSR-Basic Cation Saturation Ratios/CEC (Strong extraction chemicals), SLAN-Sufficient Levels Available Nutrients (mild extraction chemicals), and NLAAN - Natural Level Actual Available Nutrients (weak extraction agents [CO2] mimicking roots) of how, what and why for economical inputs recommendations. There will be an in-depth dialogue on the availability of Calcium, Phosphate, Potash, Magnesium and Micronutrients.

One of the major topics is on plant analysis (TPSL’s “ASK THE PLANT”™ Program) for monitoring the supply of nutrients as the plants needs change through the growing season. (Plants eat & drink every day.) Discussion on traditional fertilizers and natural products as adjuvants to increase efficiency of applied nutrients will be covered. There will be an in-depth survey of fertility inputs with evaluations.
