Doves have invaded my yard in McKinney. Mourning Doves feeding on safflower. Inca Dove carrying nesting material yesterday. White-winged Dove in a tree in the front yard. Eurasian Collared-Dove on the fence in the backyard. Our cardinals love the safflower, the squirrels leave it alone and for the most part so do the House Sparrows. |

We've been swarmed by crows in SW Fort Worth. What messy birds. The new dog has figured out that his job in the yard is to chase off the crows. He's so cute when he spies them in the back - he takes off like a streak and a "woof!" |
