For the birders reading this, the Cornell Lab of Ornithology has posted the only known video (not great quality) of the now extinct Imperial Woodpecker. The Imperial Woodpecker was found in Mexico and was even larger than the Ivory-billed Woodpecker.

Think of a woodpecker the size of a crow, now think of one even bigger - the size of a raven - and you have the Imperial Woodpecker!
