I have seen far fewer American Goldfinches this winter than usual. At least they have been scarce at my feeders.

Otherwise activity has been good this morning.

Chickadees
Titmice
Cardinals
Mockingbirds
Juncos
House Finch

all having a bite of breakfast.

Maybe they came over here (Edgecliff Village). I haven't seen many, but I did see a few last week, and usually I've never had them. We had quite a beautiful array of finch colors this year, all told. And I got some great shots finches and of other birds in the snow.

I've had 4-6 regulars at my nyger feeders for the past couple of months here in Plano. Love watching them change color!
