Hey, welcome to the forum. I'm sort of close to the OK boarder and I have noticed we need a good rain too. How big is your planting area going to be? |

roto-tilling can knock them back...but try to rake out the tendrils so they don't reseed themselves...my Dad always discarded these instead of composting, to avoid spreading... good luck. |
