We've been invaded here in Hudson Oaks with either Mealy bugs or leaf hoppers or both. They are on our roses and practically every other ornamental, perennial plants, and smaller native trees in our gardens. We're tried neem, citrus oil (d-limonene), garlic pepper tea w/o success in totally eradicating them. Slight improvement was noticed since we used thec citrus oil and garlic pepper tea but it looks like several applications may be needed due to the heavy infestation. If you find something that works let us know.
