Post subject:  Grass-Fed Beef

There was a nice feature on Channel 11 ten o'clock news about the Taggarts of Grandview and their grass-fed beef operation. They have 1400 acres, do their own butchering, and have a meat market, as well as make deliveries.

The feature said their sales have tripled every year for the last 3-4 yrs.
What a great exposure to the public re grass-fed beef.

We think their beef is excellent in terms of quality, taste, texture and consistency. It is what my family has eaten exclusively for the past 5 years. Their website is www.burgundypasturebeef.com for those interested in contacting them. They do deliver all over the DFW metroplex if you order at least 10 lbs.

Add me to the list of long time fans. Their products are terrific and they're fine, honorable people. Definitely where I want my money to go.
They've worked long and hard and made their dream a reality. Their story is a wonderful example for our community and I'm so happy to see them receive the media attention they deserve. :D

If any of you have grass fed beef that needs to
be processed, I have found a company here in
North TX that processes and cools beef properly
so that it is not tough.
Other wise buy from our local people. I know a
lot them on a personal level and they are all great.
