I have noticed black specks on the under side of my squash plant leaves as well as on the blooms. What may I use that will not harm the beneficals? There are tons of Lady Bugs on the plants.

If there are tons of lady bugs on there then don't do anything. The beneficials are there for that reason. There is nothing, organic or otherwise that can tell the difference between a good bug and a bad one. Let the good ones do their job.

Sure wish I had a great crop of lady bugs. I have a different problem. The stems of my crookneck squash appear to be rotting. I cannot tell if it is being eaten, or is just a disease. The plants are on hills, good sun, allowed to dry and not watered too much. have had good sets and fruits but the rotting seems to be getting worse and is killing the plant.
