Post subject:  What"s wrong with my tomato?

I am growing mostly heirloom tomato plants. I do have some hybrids. These pics are from my brandywine, and black krim. All my plants have some degree of this problem.
Am i looking at a simple fungus? Insects? I haven't seen any insects. I am gardening in raised beds. I only water the base of the plants, i've put cornmeal down, sprayed with garlic...nothing seems to help/change this.
Any help is appreciated.

We've been very humid, and have had rain. It is probably 'bacterial speck'. Be sure that when you water, you do not wet the leaves. Tomato plants don't like that. Spray with a copper fungicide and, on a weekly basis, use seaweed on the leaves in the early morning.
