What is a good choice for a mild and sweet pepper? |

There is a yellow banana pepper that is sweet and is like a mild green bell in flavor. And I really like the small poblano peppers I've grown - I use them in place of bell peppers to give just a hint of heat but great flavor in a lot of dishes. |

There are so many options. We just started getting peppers in at North Haven Gardens yesterday. If you are close, come by in a week for an incredible selection. |

I'm a few hours south. One nice thing about living in South Texas, is that my plants have been in the ground a few weeks. |
