Does anyone out there know where I can buy tomatillo plants? I am looking for green or purple fruit, about 12 plants each. I am in Mineral Wells, but come to Dallas weekly. Thanks!

The "Chef Jeff" brand of veggies, fruits, and herbs may help you. The hardware store by my house carries them, and I saw tomatillos when I was there yesterday. If you want to come this way, Arlington Hardware (just west of Fielder on Park Row Dr.) has them.

Thanks so much for the information. I will give them a call in the morning and perhaps they can hold some for me. :D

Have you planted them before? I've heard they do great, and much better than tomatoes here.

FYI, I created a map of all the useful garden centers here: http://tinyurl.com/NTVG-map2 If your favorites are not on there, please PM me to let me know and I'll get them added.
