I assume you are growing some currently?
When did you plant it?
What conditions do you have (light, water, etc.)
Are you organic? How long?

Give us more details and we'll try to help.

I am gardening organically. Started lasagna gardening about two or three years ago. I planted in one bed in fall of 2009. Did not do well at all. Spring of 2010 I planted in a bed where a few years ago my husband added some mulch my son had picked up outside the dump. Nothing seems to grow in this. Don't know what it was. (I have threatened my husband not to put anything in my beds.) The broccoli did not grow and did not head. Fall of 2010
I placed in a bed that I had been using for about three years. In this bed was chopped leaves, grass clippings, peat moss and kitchen scraps. It grew better than the last I had planted but the heads did not get bigger than a quarter. I had fertilized with composted horse manure, fish emulsion and seaweed extract.

sounds like you might have too much nitrogen try adding some super phosphate or soft rock phosphate not triple phosphate
