Tell us more about location and materials - what kind of sun does it get, will it be on concrete or gravel, are the panes of glass or plastic? What do you plan to grow in it? |

It will be getting full sun all day. Black plastic was put down (to kill the bermuda) and then the greenhouse set on top of it. Some mulch has been put on the plastic through the center of the greenhouse. The rest of the areas will be soil. The walls are plastic greenhouse panels. I want to start seeds for this year's vegetable garden. When the time is right they will be transplanted outdoors. I would like to know which vegetable plants do well through the cold months in a green house. |

Here's a link to Spring and Summer veggie planting dates for DFW. The O/I means you can start the seed Outdoors, directly in the soil, or Indoors and transplant outside in about 6-8 weeks. http://nhg.com/pdf/NTxVegPlanting_spring.pdf |

Can you recommend what kind of vent to use for a 6' by 14' green house? |

It looks like you have many options when it comes to ventilation. Google Greenhouse Ventilation search |
