When I pull nutsedge out of my garden or flowerbeds I throw it in the yard where it gets mulched when I mow. Can it spread by doing this? |

Probably not but nutsedge is one weed that seems to be able come back from the dead. A well maintained compost pile will destroy the weed but burning or throwing in the trash might be in order. |
