My St. Augustine grass has areas that are yellow, not dead, or anything,
although it does take longer to spread.. in sun & shade, does not matter.
am I missing a mineral or something that it may need??

I have had St Aug turn yellow following a drenching rain (last summer). I know that Ironite has not worked for me in the past, so I tried Texas Greensand. It worked great for me. I believe I used 40 pounds per 1,000 square feet and took 3 weeks to turn. As a control, I did not apply it to my back yard and it remained yellow all season.
