I just wanted to know if there is anything special I should do to my grass and trees after the hurricane. Should I spray the yard with anything special to counteract the sea water?

Thanks

John

Some people actually pay to get sea salt for their yard.

If your lawn is not fully recovered, the best way to restore the soil is to have it tested by The Texas Plant and Soil Lab and follow their recommendations. The solution will be to add more salt but it will be the salts that balance the sea salt. Those people perform miracles with salt affected soil.
