Hello, we have puchased a 5 year old house with a sick bermuda/weed lawn. I tried organic control last year with little help.
The lawn has continued to deteriorate. I think we have had major grub damage this year, nutgrass gone crazy, poor overall turf quality. 
I would very much like to find a consultant in the Dallas/Rowlett area that could come give some advice. I would like to DYI with the right advice. Key areas: grub destruction, turfa analysis and remedies (overseed, oversod).
Our lawn looks much worse than all the neighbors and they are all using chemical fertilizers and weed control companies so my wife wants to move that way and I don't!
But results will be my only weapon!
I need to move asap so any advice would be appreciated. Thanks
