I just received junkmail from Scott's (based in OH) saying how they would like to sell me their service of aeration and overseeding with 'Scotts Exclusive Thermal Blue Kentucky Bluegrass blend'.

Interesting...

Didn't think Bluegrass would grow here ??

My brother lives in Dallas and he has a friend that has Kentucky blue. They have to water it quite a bit though. I grew up in the NE US and we had bluegrass--its hard to get used to St. Augustine down here in Texas.
