| Post subject: | Yellow spots on St. Augustine Grass |
What is wrong with my St. Augustine grass? It turns yellow, then seems to die. My lawn looks sickly and I want to find out if this is a fungus, and how to treat it. My neighbor's lawn is doing the same thing but nobody else on the block has this problem. It is getting worse and now showing up in the back yard too. I am sure this has been discussed frequently but I am a new member of this forum as of today. |

Tell us where you are (you can add it to your member profile, to save us asking each time) and what you have already done. How do you care for your lawn - fertilizer, watering, etc.? Did you plant the turf? When? Have you been using any organic approaches? |

Do you both use a lawn service to cut your grass? I have seen fungal diseases that are being spread by services not cleaning the mowers between customers, thus spreading the problem. Post some images please. |
