You need to ck the website for your needs. Do not use MSMA or any non-organic products! The dirtdoctor.com site will provide you with plenty of info. you need to get started the natural way. QUIT USING POISONS!!

I am talking about this website - http://www.dirtdoctor.com. This discussion board is only a part of the site. Look at the top of this page. There should be a place to click to get to the main page. If not, click on the address I provided.

There is a tool called a weedhound you can get at Target and Wal*Mart for $20. It works extremely well on tap rooted weeds. It plucks them out, root and all, as fast as you can step on them. It's actually fun to weed with a weedhound.

If you mow your bermuda at 1/2 inch high every week and water no more than once a week, your weeds should be minimized.

You can help the weeds go away by using corn GLUTEN meal right about now to take care of winter/spring weeds and use it again next March to take care of crabgrass and summer weeds. The applicaton rate is 40 pounds per 1,000 square feet. It will turn everything a bright yellow from the dust, but that's the rate that works best. And you will not need fertilizer for awhile after using that stuff.
