Hello:
I have several dwarf indian hawthorn that were planted about 4 months ago (organic gardener). Many of them have developed what I think is some type of bacterial illness. The leaves start to turn brown at the tips and that progresses to the entire leaf, which stays on the plant. The affected leaves are very brittle-like the plant has been petrified. I first started noticing this a month or so ago. They get plenty of water. I have another batch of hawthorn on the other side of my garden that are not affected. When I first noticed this, I sprayed with baking soda then neem, thinking it was fungal. Don't think so. What do you all think?
