THis morning as I looked outside the kitchen window it looked like a blanket of snow. So I went out and touched the ground and it would break apart. I get home tonight and its still there. Turns out, my whole backyard is covered in spider webs. I ran my hand though the grass, and every swipe I would pick up 25-50 baby spiders. My yard is the only yard like this. I put down "CGM" about a week ago. Are they attracted to this? What do I do?

I'm thinking it is a coincidence with the timing of the CGM. What else did you do this past summer? The evenness with which they seem to be spread out suggests you had a lot of spiders you didn't know about.

They cannot all compete successfully for food, so they will take care of themselves without you having to do anything. Unless you are arachnaphobic, I would leave them alone and give us weekly reports
