A smaller tree would be good and Green Mamas is right there in N. Richland Hills on Davis Blvd.

I assume when you say a sewer line that you don't mean a septic or aerobic sewer system. If that's correct you will not have a problem. You might also want to try Kings Creek Gardens in Cedar Hill. I can recommend Green Mama's 100% but if they don't have the tree you are looking for try Kings Creek.
