I'm a long-time DFW resident & HG listener...I've been in SoCal for over a year now....YOU CAN GROW ANYTHING HERE!!!, but we dump a lot of chemical ferts & pesticides onto our lawns & gardens. Its kinda surprising because urban runoff warnings are posted where streams enter the ocean, and there is a lot of public awareness about dumping stuff in storm drains. I guess its just lack of knowledge of the alternatives, and lack of organic suppliers. One neighbor at a time I suppose. :D

Enjoy my (early) Sunday mornings listening on the internet

Welcome to the DDBB and joining in with the discussions and posts here.

I noted that your occupation is Evioromental Management. Is that with the private sector or governmental? Which ever, thanks for helping with the enviromental changes that need to be made.

Thanks too, for adding data to your profile and might suggest that you add a signature for your post.

Private sector....15 years.

North Texas really is the organic leader in the "home garden" sector.
