We have a family of wild rabbits in our city neighborhood. They are eating my impatiencs and other flowering plants. Is there a home product that I can mix and spray on my plants that will keep them away. I was thinking of amonia and water. What about tabasco and water? Thank you to anyone who can help

Louisiana Hot Sauce deters squirrels from eating bulbs. If you have any friends who have dogs, you can put dog hair in the rows in between the plants. This is what I do to keep the bunnies away from my greens. The hair will slowly compost into nitrogen..and the smell discourages rodents. You may need to re-plenish the supply. If you need any dog hair, I have four dogs and an excess of dog hair!

I planted Society Garlic in my beds amongst my other plants and it kept the rabbits at bay. It has a strong garlic smell but is more attractive than regular garlic.
