I finally ran out of my 40lb bag of Dry Molasses and had to purchase a new one today. To find out it was not the good sweet smelling Dry Molasses that I had known from years past. The Dry Molasses that I found today was Nature's Guide "Enriched" Dry Molasses. It says it is "Black Strap Cane Molasses and Soybean Hulls". And when I opened the bag it smelled like a brewery was inside. Probably because of the microbial activity that is happening in the warm bag. But it doesn't smell "Good and Sweet" anymore. Is this the only Dry Molasses on the market? Is the good smelling Dry Molasses no longer available? Can You help? Thanks!

Microbial activity is a good thing.
