I moved to my new home a year ago and I have hundreds of trees. Mostly oaks. I had many dead ones and sick ones, too. I called an arborist and he said 16 needed to come down. I hired another company to take them down. I was very sad. There are two now in in my front yard which are ill. The bark is sluffing off. On one of them, a couple of arms are not growing leaves, but the rest is. I do not water them directly, but they get indirect water from my landscaping (My house is on a slight incline from these trees.). The root flare is visible and looks good. We do have wild animals, including deer, but this problem is way to high for deer. A friend of mine suggested diatomateous earth. It is raining today, or I would have put it on. The rain actually shows the problem very well. Help save my trees, please![img][img][img][img][/img][/img][/img][/img]
