Hello,
I have noticed on my employer's grass runway two troubling things: 1) moss or lichen-like plant 2) large darker green rings
1) Seems like the mossy plant means that the turf has been getting too much water, but wondering if there are other things to be aware of with this. (image included)
2) Research I've done so far indicates not much can be done about the rings. Anyone have any newer / different info? There's lots of white clover on the runway now, which is nice and green, so it helps mask the rings somewhat, but I'm worried about things getting worse --ie rings of dead grass. (image included)
Thanks, Liz
