My bell pepper plants, large, very green, seemingly very happy and healthy, are producing very small bell peppers. The peppers have been very large until this month, 4" in diameter. Now they're only about 2" in diameter. Got any clues why?

Mine do that also, I think it's the heat. You should have some nice big fat ones once the weather cools.

Are you fertilizing still every 2-3 weeks?

I've hit them with fish emulsion, liq seaweed, molasses, apple cider vinegar, compost tea twice in the past few weeks. Is there something more I should be feeding them?

I would recommend a balanced, organic fertilizer. Every 2-3 weeks that they are producing. I work at a place that sells a brand we make but it really should be balance...a number like 3-2-2 in the analysis.
