For early Spring color Lady Banks are really beautiful for two or three weeks. Though I throughly enjoy them from spring to winter. Once the blooms have gone they start growing and growing and growing. My question is how to manage this growth. They are going into their third year. I have some room left for growth but I don't want them to over take other plants in the vicinity but they are stemming out all over itself. They face north and get sun from mid morning to evening. Always organic. And my neighbor gets full benefit on her side of the fence, as well. (no complaints from her).

I had great luck with the Lady Banks in my last garden as well. They must love the Texas summers.

Well, this species of rose does grow to about 20 feet, so the growth your plant is putting on is pretty normal. The best thing for you to do would be to cut the plant back as much as you need to right after it finishes flowering each spring. Don't wait until later in the year.
