 Post subject: shriveled peppers

Hello,
My anaheim pepper plants aren't doing well this year and I've got a problem of shriveled, wilted fruit with a majority of the peppers damaged at the tips.(photos).
My bells and jalapenos seem to be fine except for lack of rain. Does anyone have any ideas. It looks to me like insect damage but I can't find anything that would cause this.

Simple. It's the weather. Nothing is happy this summer. Try to keep the plants alive and maybe you'll get a fall crop.
