I found this tomato on one of our Roma tomato plants. The other ones close to this one do not show this much damage. Can anyone tell me what this damage is. I cut it open and found nothing inside. Gilbert

Looks like holes bored by snails. I've been putting out bowls of beer to get rid of them (I had several bowls out last night and
drowned dozens of snails). There are probably other snail treatments out there, but I prefer simply looking and picking them out
and squashing them, or the beer trick. It seems to work best in the evening, and it needs to be fresh beer.
