Thank you for the compliment Garon..
It has been a labor of love because this is the first home that I have ever OWNED and that changes the whole "game"..
When we were having the home built, I did not have a clue about plants, landscaping, or native creatures..
One Sunday morning, I stumbled across a radio show on 660 am called "The Dirt Doctor Show" and started listening and testing what he was talking about. I had fewer plants that died, had more wildlife than I have ever seen, and really pissed off my neighbors that used "scotts and osmacote" synthetics on their lawns. :roll:

It's been a lot of fun and gets better and better every growing season. {chuckle}

I enjoyed your choice of music, too. Thanks for sharing your success with us. Good job! We're seeing encouraging results, too, and are really enjoying our yard and garden.

Happy gardening!

Yesser, Produce Guy, the back yard was quite a handful to overcome even after a local bobcat strolled across the raw dirt that the contractor left.
I had soil compaction and chemical contamination from the construction to overcome long before I seeded the lawn. It took about a year of work to get the soil in a good, loose, biologically balanced state, but was WELL worth the effort in the long run and it was SO easy to do!
The only amendments that I used was lots of dry molasses and an early version of Garret Juice twice per year. Mother nature's microbes did the rest of the work! {grin}

The tune that is played on the Dirt Doctor show is by "Harlow Wilcox" called "The groovy grub-worm" which was a one year top 40 hit back in 1969. Here's the video! Enjoy!
