I have lots of green ladybug like beetles in my vegetable garden. There are lots of holes in the leaves of may plants. What do I need to do?

that's probably the black-spotted cucumber beetle. Neem oil works well on them.

I would try spraying every two weeks with milk and molasses. Mix the milk and molasses in your hose end sprayer and spray away. If you have an adjustable sprayer, set it on 3 ounces per gallon.
