There are two flocks of Cedar Waxwings flying around and through my backyard this morning, about 30-40 birds each. True to their name they are often landing in cedar trees. Or maybe the correct name of the trees is Juniper, and the birds should be called Juniper Waxwings?

You need to post photos when you start these threads! I come in looking for birds, and there is just the tease of the description of what they're doing. I hope you got that new camera and will put it to good use here!
