I need to identify this tree, and have already spent endless hours with no success. The Tree is beginning to rot at the base, and I want to plant more of these but need to know what it is.

By all I have researched, it is an Ash, and most closely mirrors a Green Ash, or Arizona Ash with a couple of exceptions The leaves are not glossy. The ends of the branches hang low and form a beautiful canopy, unlike other Ash Trees I have seen. It has a multi trunk system which resulted from previous owners chopping it down, and it re-grew with multi trunks. It bares no fruit/flowers etc, so, it may be a male tree. I thought it might be a "Texas Ash" but the bark is not a fit the description or pics I found.

There are 5 leafs and some 7 leafs. The outer limbs are heavy and would touch the ground without yearly trimming. Folks come from all over the neighborhood to look at this incredibly beautiful tree. Do you know which Ash this tree this could be? It is 30 - 40 years old and towers over two storey houses and the neighborhood. More than likely it has tapped into an underground stream from Lake Ray Hubbard or Duck Creek.

I tried attaching the pics but I can not get the size below 256kbs so, it will not accept them.. Any ideas of what else this could be? Where else can I send the pictures?
