I'm thinking of sharing a weekly pictorial of events or glimpses of life on our farm. Your comments are welcome.

This is a picture of our Heritage Breed "Bourbon Red" turkey hen with one of her just hatched chicks making an appearance for the camera. This chick has 10 siblings keeping warm under Mom.

OK, maybe this will work-
It's a pic of a cedar elm & benches under it. This tree was near death when we purchased the property summer '02. Pulled a ton of vines & green briar out & did about 4-5 sick tree treatments on her over the last 4+ yrs. Hopefully it's gonna make it.

Not as interesting I guess but this is what a DR mower has done for us in the last few years. (in operation; before; & after)
