Hey-we've tried vinegar (10%), but the fescue up here in AR is too tough & too well entrenched, apparently. Any organic others, please? Thanx

Try mowing it really short and often, especially on hot days. It will struggle to revive each time. By the third cutting it will be weaken enough to not come back or so that vinegar and orange oil will burn it out. Mowing or weedeating has worked for me.
